Orizon supports the ELLIS Alicante Foundation and joins its commitment to the responsible and safe use of artificial intelligence.
Madrid, 4 March 2025. – The Spanish technology company Orizon, a leader in applying data science and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to the continuous improvement of companies' technology performance, is supporting the ELLIS Alicante Foundation and has strengthened its collaboration with this initiative, joining its commitment to the responsible and safe use of AI.
With this donation, Orizon backs the work of ELLIS Alicante, part of ELLIS Europe, the European Laboratory for Learning and Intelligent Systems, and in particular its research into Responsible Artificial Intelligence and AI for Social Good. The company, whose technology centre is in Alicante, states that responsibility and safety must become the principles guiding its use of AI, both in its BOA platform and in machine learning.
The functionality of the BOA platform, which ensures the best performance of the technology assets of large Spanish companies, is already 80% automated thanks to AI algorithms used to order and correlate information, resolve incidents and problems in software applications, and analyse their behaviour from many different perspectives.
