Pricing

Pricing aligned with what you save

Our model is the inverse of infrastructure providers (on-premise and/or cloud) and APM platform vendors: the price is built on the optimisation capacity of your software.

01Orizon Platform subscription + associated services

Two main components, adapted to each client’s needs and context

The commercial model is made up of two independent elements: Orizon Platform, the software optimisation platform, and the Associated Services, billed under the pricing scheme (fixed or variable) that best fits each client’s goals.

02Orizon Platform

What the subscription includes

03Service models

Two models on the same platform

Only how the services are billed changes: a closed scope or a share of the savings.

Fixed-price services

Closed scope, predictable cost

For mature performance functions · Orizon Platform as a lever. A model for clients with optimisation maturity who need monitoring and support identifying candidates.

  • Subscription

Fixed, based on data volume and technologies used

Billed annually or at the start of the contract.

  • Service

Fixed, based on the services contracted and the volume requested

    Billed monthly.

Service catalogue common to both models

With the flexibility to choose a closed scope or add the extensions you want to each component of the catalogue.

  • Installation status reports

Fortnightly report: assessment of detections and ingestion incidents. Monthly report: assessment of zOS consumption, savings and SLAs.

  • Behaviour change triages

Up to 25 triages of sudden, gradual or software changes, discarding false positives and flagging optimisation candidates.

  • Ingestion

From any data source related to the subscribed domains.

  • Custom dashboard

Dashboards built on any ingested metric, in three categories: basic, medium or complex.

  • Improvement initiatives pack

10 improvement initiatives in the subscribed domain.

  • Initiative review

Risk analysis, estimation, applicability and effectiveness of the improvement recommendations designed by the client.

  • Database health check

Analysis of a database’s health in terms of performance and stability.

Extensions are priced from the price catalogue. Orizon recommends complementing the model with a training plan on intensive use of Orizon Platform and optimisation techniques.

Considerations for the variable-price model

ConsiderationFor the model to work in full
Demand management
Orizon reserves the right to select a set number of candidate processes to optimise during the collaboration.
Technical debt
The model can be updated if the client’s billing conditions change.
Behaviour changes
Orizon has 15 days to reserve processes whose behaviour changes are detected by Orizon Platform, and 60 days from detection to issue an initiative.
Continued share of savings
Any improvement on reserved processes counts as savings and can be reverted if Orizon detects an improvement it estimates will save more.
Implementing improvement initiatives
Client commitments: 15 days to review and 60 days to implement. Improvements not implemented count as implemented savings.

At Orizon we advocate this model because it secures the common goal and encourages effective collaboration between the teams involved. A price comparison of services between the fixed and variable models is available on request.
